Job summary

Cheer Home Care is actively hiring experienced caregivers in La Jolla, CA for 12-hour shifts focused on dementia care. You will provide companionship, personal care, transportation, and light housekeeping to elderly clients in their homes.

We seek candidates with 10+ years of dementia care experience, and certification in CNA/HHA is preferred but not required. Per diem, flexible schedule, and mileage reimbursement included.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of dementia care experience required.
• Experience with dementia or Parkinson's care is required.
• Desire for long-term client relationships and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Transport clients to medical appointments.
• Organize dementia-friendly tasks and activities.
• Light housekeeping and home organization.
