Job summary

Honor is seeking an In Home Caregiver / Home Care Aide to provide one-on-one support to older adults in their homes across Orange County. We offer part-time and full-time opportunities with morning, daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

You will build meaningful relationships, assist with personal care, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and travel between client homes. Weekly pay with direct deposit and benefits are available based on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care.
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities; bilingual or multilingual encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate care.
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, restroom use, and incontinence care.
• Help with mobility and daily routines based on each client’s care needs.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide reliable, consistent support in the client’s home.
