Job summary

CareWorks Health Services is hiring Personal Caregivers to provide in-home, one-on-one care across Orange County, CA. Pay ranges from $18–$23 per hour with weekly direct deposit and flexible morning, afternoon, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts—based on client needs and your availability.

Ideal candidates include those with caregiving experience, Home Care Aide registration or willingness to obtain one, and a commitment to reliable, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience.
• Must have a Home Care Aide (HCA) number or be willing to obtain one.
• Must be willing to complete a Live Scan/background check (if needed).
• Dependable and responsible.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Compassionate and respectful toward clients.
• Able to assist with activities of daily living.
• Reliable communication with clients and the care team.

Responsibilities

• Personal care and hygiene assistance.
• Bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Toileting and incontinence care.
• Mobility and transfer assistance.
• Fall prevention and safety support.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders according to the care plan and guidelines.
• Companionship and client engagement.
• Grocery shopping and approved errands.
• Accompanying clients to appointments and outings.
• Following the care plan and providing respectful, dependable care.
