Job summary

TheKey is seeking caregivers to join our in-home care team in Kirkland and surrounding areas. We offer short 4-hour shifts at $26/hour and standard shifts at $22–24/hour, with longer shifts sometimes available. Daytime and weekend availability are highly preferred, with both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HCA license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 6 months of professional caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use devices.
• Driver’s license with a vehicle, insurance and registration.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients 1:1 with personal care including dressing, bathing and meals.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry and organizing in clients' homes.
• Provide transportation to appointments, run errands and grocery shop.
• Offer companionship through activities to support social and emotional well-being.
