Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking an in-home caregiver to provide compassionate, on-site personal care and companionship for clients in North Phoenix, Cave Creek, Anthem and surrounding communities. You’ll work 12-hour shifts days or nights, ensuring clients receive dignified, individualized support.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, monitoring well-being, and coordinating with a responsive team to maintain independence and comfort.

Qualifications

• Direct Care Worker Certification (DCW) or higher qualification (CNA preferred).
• A minimum of one year of professional caregiving experience.
• Compassionate and respectful attitude towards the elderly and disabled.
• Must be available 2-3 times per week.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, on-site personal care and assistance to clients.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure clients' needs are met while preserving independence and dignity.
• Assist with personal care or companionship to improve quality of life.
