Job summary

Assisting Hands Cave Creek is seeking an In-Home Caregiver to provide compassionate, on-site personal care and companionship to clients in North Phoenix, North Scottsdale, Anthem and Cave Creek. You will work with our team to support independence and dignity while delivering high-quality in-home care.

12-hour shifts are available (days/nights). Requires DCW or CNA, 1 year caregiving, English proficiency, and ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Direct Care Worker Certification (DCW) or higher qualification (CNA preferred).
• A minimum of one year of professional caregiving experience.
• Compassionate and respectful attitude towards the elderly and disabled.
• Must be available 2-3 times per week
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
