Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is growing and seeking compassionate, dependable Home Care Caregivers to join our award-winning team serving Manitowoc and surrounding communities. As a Home Care Caregiver, you'll provide one-on-one support that enhances clients' quality of life, assist with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, and transportation.

We offer flexible day and evening shifts, paid training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement, with a supportive leadership team

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references.
• Paid training provided for qualified candidates.
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Offer medication reminders
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands
• Support mobility and fall prevention
• Promote safety, comfort, dignity, and independence
