Job summary

Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is growing and seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our team serving Omro and the surrounding communities. As a Home Care Caregiver, you'll provide personalized one-on-one support that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the homes they love.

We offer flexible day, evening, and overnight schedules with full-time and part-time opportunities, paid orientation and training, and a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver1 license required.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Paid training provided for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands.
• Support mobility and fall prevention.
• Care for individuals living with Dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and other age-related conditions.
• Promote safety, comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Build meaningful, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
