Job summary

Undisclosed is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our in-home care team. You will support seniors and individuals in maintaining independence with personalized care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, providing companionship, meal assistance, light housekeeping, and medication reminders, while documenting changes and coordinating with families and health professionals. Flexible scheduling available.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient caregiver able to build trust with clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with families and professionals.
• Reliable, independent, and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care to support seniors and individuals in maintaining independence.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal hygiene.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support to improve quality of life.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe home environment.
• Provide medication reminders as outlined in the care plan.
• Observe and report changes in clients' condition to supervisors and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and protect client confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals.
• Follow individualized care plans with integrity, reliability, and accountability.
