Job summary

Senior Helpers is seeking a caring caregiver to provide one-on-one personal care in clients' homes, helping them stay safe and independent. You will tailor your role to each client and support their day-to-day activities with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities include engaging clients in conversations, supporting hobbies, meal prep, and assisting with daily living tasks while maintaining detailed updates for families and supervisors.

Qualifications

• You are passionate about helping others.
• You enjoy customer service and communicating with clients.
• You want to help your community and make a difference in someone’s life.
• A valid driver’s license (G or G2) and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Reliable vehicle insurance and clean background check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Have fun and engaging conversations with your clients to build relationships.
• Participate in your clients’ favorite hobbies (scrapbooking, gardening, games, etc.).
• Prep meals for your clients to enjoy.
• Assist your clients with walking, dressing, and other daily activities of living.
• Report what activities were completed with your clients and provide updates on your clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior.
