Job summary

Undisclosed is seeking compassionate, dependable Caregivers to join our growing team. In this in-home role, you will provide personalized support to help seniors and individuals maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, providing companionship and meal support, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and clear communication with clients and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable caregiver.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if required).
• Previous caregiving, home health, CNA, PCA, or direct support experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to pass any required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, respectful, and professional care while promoting client dignity and independence.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe, clean home environment.
• Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan.
• Observe, document, and report changes in clients' physical, emotional, or mental condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation and protect client confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals.
• Follow individualized care plans while demonstrating integrity, reliability, professionalism, and accountability.
