Job summary

Caring Senior Service is hiring caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide non-medical, in-home care in Austin and surrounding communities. The role offers flexible scheduling with day, evening, overnight, weekend, and extended shifts, along with bi-weekly pay and Pay-On-Demand options.

We look for compassionate, dependable individuals with at least one year of caregiving experience and a valid driver’s license. CNA/HHA/PCA certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of caregiving experience.
• Reliable transportation required.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and daily activities.
• Provide meal assistance and reminders for medications.
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Document care and report concerns to the team.
