Personal Care Services Midsouth, LLC is hiring for an in-home caregiver role. You will provide essential daily living assistance to clients in their homes, supporting independence, safety, and well‑being with empathy and professionalism.

The position offers comprehensive training and ongoing resources to help you succeed. Responsibilities include personal care, meal preparation, mobility help, light housekeeping, companionship, and careful health monitoring.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation if travel is required.
• Pass a criminal background check and registry checks (Abuse/Sexual Offender).
• Minimum 1 year of home care or similar experience preferred.
• 6 references (3 professional, 3 personal).

Responsibilities

• Personal care: assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Meal preparation: prepare nutritious meals per dietary needs or preferences.
• Mobility assistance: help clients move safely at home or between locations.
• Household tasks: light housekeeping such as laundry and cleaning.
• Companionship: provide emotional support and engage in activities.
• Monitoring: observe health changes and report to family or supervisors.
• Documentation: maintain accurate care records and daily activities.
