Job summary

Personal Care Services Midsouth, LLC provides in-home care to support independence, safety, and well-being for clients in their own homes. The role focuses on compassionate, personalized care with emphasis on dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a Criminal background check.
• TB Skin Test required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a home health caregiver or similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals per dietary needs.
• Assist with mobility and transfers safely.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and laundry.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Monitor health changes and report to family or supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records of care and daily activities.
