A First Name Basis is seeking an In Home Caregiver in Cave City, AR to provide personal care, companionship, and light housekeeping to clients in their homes. The role includes assisting with bathing, grooming, meal prep, mobility support, and medication reminders, while documenting care provided and reporting changes in health or well-being.

Flexible full-time or part-time schedules, with overtime opportunities and daily pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid ID and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
• Willingness to complete competency and skills assessments.
• Ability to work independently in home settings.
• Willingness to complete background screening and onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, and toileting.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders and accompany to appointments.
• Monitor client health and report changes.
• Travel to client homes and document care provided.
