Shifts range from 2 to 12 hours, offering flexible full-time, part-time and PRN schedules. Base pay starts at $16/hour, with CNA premium and night-shift differentials where eligible, plus paid travel time and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license or state-issued ID.
• Second form of employment eligibility documentation.
• Car insurance preferred.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Smartphone for scheduling and communication.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform care tasks.
• Background checks and drug screening completed.
• Strong communication skills.
• Work/activity history for the past 5 years.
• 3 references, with one from the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Support activities of daily living and mobility.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Laundry and medication reminders.
• Transfers and other approved caregiving tasks.
• Transportation and errands as needed and approved.
