Job summary

No Worries Care is seeking Home Care Aides to support clients in their own homes. Certification is a plus, but not required; eagerness to learn is valued. Prior home care, assisted living, or long-term care experience is ideal.

You will assist with daily activities, medication reminders, nutrition, and safety, while maintaining HIPAA privacy and documenting care. This is an in-person role with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for people in homes, assisted living, nursing homes, or hospice.
• Attentive to changes in a client's condition or behavior.
• Hands-on, compassionate approach to ADLs and daily care.
• Understanding of medication reminders and care plans.
• Bonus if you've worked with dementia, arthritis, or mobility issues.
• Good communicator with clients, families, and coworkers.
• Physically able to help with transfers and similar tasks.
• CPR/First Aid a plus — we'll help you get trained if you're not there yet.
• Respect for HIPAA and client privacy.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Give medication reminders per care plan and HIPAA rules.
• Cook meals and support nutrition based on individual needs.
• Care for clients living with dementia or memory-related conditions.
• Assist with transfers using equipment like Hoyer lifts.
• Monitor health or behavior changes and report to the team.
• Light housekeeping around the client's home.
• Keep accurate notes on the care you provide.
• Engage clients in activities supporting well-being.
• Follow safety basics like CPR, first aid, and infection control.
