Job summary

National Home HealthCare Inc. in Minnesota is seeking compassionate in-home care aides to support clients with daily living activities in their own homes.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, meals, and mobility while following established care plans and communicating client needs to the team. We offer a flexible schedule (full-time and part-time), paid sick time, paid medical and family leave, training, and a 401(k) option beginning in August.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Negative TB test results (within 12 months).
• Pass Minnesota DHS Background Check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English language.
• Well-organized and reliable.
• Positive and Compassionate attitude.
• Physical stamina.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, etc.
• Support Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs): light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, etc.
• Provide companionship care and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility and transfers if needed.
• Monitor client health and report changes in client condition.
• Follow established care plans and communicate effectively regarding client needs.
