Charis Hearts, Inc. is a statewide provider of homecare services through the TennCare CHOICES program, seeking compassionate caregivers for non-medical in-home care. Flexible schedules and weekly direct deposit accompany competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities include client support, wellness checks, assisting with admissions, training other caregivers on ADLs, and maintaining compliance and documentation. Equal opportunity employer; training available and onboarding is fast.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have valid State ID/ Driver’s License.
• Strong communication skills – both oral and written.
• Reliable transportation to and from client locations.
• Compassionate and caring nature with a genuine desire to help others.
• Honesty and integrity in all interactions.
• Willingness to attend training sessions provided by referring agencies and/or MHDD.

Responsabilidades

• Provide non-medical in-home and/or community care per Client Service Plan.
• Conduct client wellness checks to ensure well-being.
• Assist clients with completing admission documents as needed.
• Help train other caregivers on Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide non-medical support to agency service recipients.
• Follow all rules, policies, and procedures related to service delivery; ensure timely documentation.
• Adhere to the individual service plan for each recipient.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client records and information.
• Immediately report any injuries to supervisor; ensure safety and reporting protocols.
• Report suspected abuse or neglect to authorities and supervisor.
