Job summary

Senior Helpers in Tallahassee, FL is urgently hiring caregivers for weekend shifts. If you have experience in assisted living, home care, or healthcare, you could join our team to provide compassionate, in-home support to seniors.

You will assist with ADLs and IADLs, offer companionship, complete accurate documentation, and participate in required training. A Level 2 background screening in Florida is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, or nursing assistance is REQUIRED.
• Caring and compassionate — you enjoy helping others.
• Willingness to learn new skills to best assist your clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist home care clients with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Assist home care clients with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)
• Provide companionship and emotional support by engaging in conversation and recreational activities
• Complete thorough and proper personal care documentation for all client shifts
• Prompt arrival for all scheduled client shifts and training
• On‑time completion of all required training courses
