Job summary

Senior Helpers in Greenville, FL is urgently hiring caregivers to support clients in home care and various senior living settings. The role focuses on delivering compassionate, professional care with a patient-centered approach to improve quality of life.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs and IADLs, providing companionship, and maintaining accurate client documentation. A Level 2 background screening is required to protect clients and staff alike.

Qualifications

Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, or nursing assistance is REQUIRED
Caring and compassionate - you enjoy helping others
Willingness to learn new skills to best assist your clients
This position requires Level 2 background screening through Florida's Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse

Responsibilities

Assist home care clients with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Assist home care clients with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)
Provide companionship and emotional support by engaging in conversation and recreational activities
Complete thorough and proper personal care documentation for all client shifts
Prompt arrival for all scheduled client shifts and training
On-time completion of all required training courses
