This role offers a flexible schedule, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. You will assist clients with ADLs and IADLs, provide companionship, and complete accurate care documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, or nursing assistance is REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Assist home care clients with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Assist home care clients with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)
• Provide companionship and emotional support by engaging in conversation and recreational activities
• Complete thorough and proper personal care documentation for all client shifts
• Prompt arrival for all scheduled client shifts and training
• On-time completion of all required training courses
