Job summary

Independent Home Health is hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care to individuals in their homes throughout Gillett and surrounding communities.

You'll build relationships and help clients stay safe, comfortable and independent at home. No professional caregiving experience is required, just reliability, patience and a desire to help others.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be able to complete required background checks.
• Be dependable, caring and patient.
• Previous caregiving experience welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Help with mobility and everyday activities.
• Prepare meals.
• Complete light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Assist with errands or appointments when needed.
• Follow the individual's care plan.
• Document the services you provide.
