Qualifications

• Current NH Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification preferred.
• Required previous experience in home care, assisted living, or another clinical caregiving environment.
• Dementia Care Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with essential daily routines, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Help clients transfer safely, ambulate, and navigate their space to prevent falls and injuries.
• Prepare nutritious meals, assist with light housekeeping, and keep living space safe and organized.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients through engaging conversation and emotional support.
• Keep track of daily routines and communicate updates to the care coordination team.
• Run local errands, assist with grocery shopping, and provide reliable transportation to appointments.
