Qualifications

• Current NH LNA or PCA certification preferred.
• Experience in home care or clinical caregiving required.
• Dementia care certification a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication, compassionate and respectful approach to care.
• Ability to work independently and manage time in a home care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal and hands-on care (bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care).
• Assist with mobility and safety to prevent falls.
• Support daily living activities (meals, light housekeeping, errands).
• Offer companionship and meaningful connection with clients.
• Observe health changes and report to care coordination team.
