Job summary

Executive Home Care of Southeast NH is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one personal care in clients’ homes across NH. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, and meal preparation while building trusted relationships with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Current NH LNA or PCA certification preferred.
• Previous experience in home care or clinical caregiving.
• Dementia care certification is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Personal and hands-on care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Mobility support and safety to prevent falls and injuries.
• Aid with meals, light housekeeping, errands, and organizing living space.
• Provide companionship and meaningful interactions with clients.
• Observe health changes and report to care coordination team.
• Arrange transportation to appointments and community activities.
