Job summary

Unique In Home Personal Care LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home support for seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities across Dane, Jefferson, Rock, Columbia, and Janesville areas.

Starting pay is $14.50–$16.50 per hour, with training may be available for qualified candidates, and opportunities for advancement. Flexible scheduling and ongoing development are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Pass Wisconsin caregiver background check requirements.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance (if driving).
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to assist clients with ADLs.
• Ability to communicate professionally.
• Complete onboarding, training and documentation.
• TB screening or TB test if required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Maintain client safety and dignity.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and staff.
