Job summary

Unique In Home Personal Care LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one support to seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities in their homes across Dane, Jefferson, Rock, Columbia, and Janesville areas.

Starting pay ranges by experience, with training opportunities and pathways for advancement. We welcome both experienced caregivers and newcomers who want to help others live safely and independently. Reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Pass Wisconsin caregiver background check requirements.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance (if driving clients or traveling between assignments).
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to assist clients with ADLs.
• Ability to communicate professionally.
• Complete onboarding, training, and employment documentation.
• Negative TB screening or TB test, if required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Maintain client safety and dignity.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and staff.
