Job summary

Village Caregiving is seeking an in-home caregiver to support clients in the Watertown area. You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and help maintain clients’ health and well-being in their homes.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, strong communication, and the ability to follow care plans. A valid CPR certification and driver’s license are required, with training and safety standards strictly observed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver or in-home aide.
• CPR certification required (within 30 days of hire).
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Remind clients to take prescribed medication.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Help with physical therapy and exercises.
• Assist with shopping or accompany clients on errands.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
