Qualifications

• Candidates must have certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide.
• One year experience in home or long-term care setting is preferred.
• Have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
• Able to utilize a smartphone based app.

Responsibilities

• Support clients' daily needs and take initiative.
• Provide companionship and engagement.
• Maintain clients' health and safety through personal care.
• Follow an individualized Plan of Care for personal hygiene and other duties.
• Assist with shopping, running errands, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
