Job summary

AFNB is seeking dedicated caregivers to join our in-home care team across Louisiana, including Ruston and surrounding areas. You will provide personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, and transportation support in clients' homes.

We offer flexible schedules (Full Time, Part Time, PRN, weekends), daily pay options, competitive pay of $10.50/hour, and a caring, respectful team environment. Prior CNA or DSW experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings and background checks.
• Ability to travel to client homes and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and feeding assistance as needed.
• Medication reminders and accompany clients to appointments.
• Document care provided and report changes in condition.
