Job summary

Hireology in New Castle, PA seeks an empathetic aide to assist clients with daily living skills under supervision. Responsibilities include light housekeeping, nutrition support, personal care, and dressing assistance.

Requirements include English fluency, CPR certification, and the ability to pass background checks. This role supports residents locally and may require travel to clients' homes, with a flexible schedule where applicable.

Qualifications

• 1 year of direct care experience or equivalent educational experience (preferred).
• Practices good hygiene and is neat in personal appearance (required).
• Fluent in English—reading, writing and speaking (required).
• Must have or be willing to obtain CPR certification (required).
• Successfully pass clearance and reference checks (required).
• Able to obtain 2 step TB test (required).
• Successfully pass a criminal background check (required).
• Valid Driver's License (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living skills including light housekeeping, nutritional and environmental support.
• Provide personal hygiene, feeding, and dressing assistance.
• Report to supervisor and follow care plans.
