Job summary

Hireology is seeking an attentive home care aide in Pennsylvania. Under supervision, you will assist with daily living skills such as light housekeeping, nutrition support, personal hygiene, feeding, and dressing.

The role requires English fluency, CPR certification or willingness to obtain it, and the ability to travel to clients' residences. A background check, TB test, and clearances are required. Benefits include dental and vision coverage, AFLAC, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 1 year of direct care experience or equivalent educational experience (preferred)
• Practices good hygiene and is neat in personal appearance (required)
• Fluent in English- reading, writing and speaking(required)
• Must have or be willing to obtain CPR certification(required)
• Successfully pass clearance and reference checks(required)
• Able to obtain 2 step TB test(required)
• Successfully pass a criminal background check(required)
• Valid Driver's License (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living skills under supervision.
• Provide light housekeeping, nutrition and environmental support, personal hygiene, feeding, and dressing as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and report changes to supervisor.
• Travel to Consumer's place of residence as required.
