Job summary

Hireology is seeking an individual to provide in-home assistance with daily living skills, including light housekeeping, nutrition support, personal hygiene, feeding, and dressing. The role requires English fluency and CPR certification, with background checks and TB testing.

A valid driver's license is preferred, and a flexible schedule is offered. Compensation ranges from $11 to $13 per hour, dependent on experience, with benefits such as dental and vision insurance and AFLAC.

Qualifications

• 1 year of direct care experience or equivalent educational experience (preferred).
• Practices good hygiene and is neat in personal appearance (required).
• Fluent in English—reading, writing and speaking (required).
• Must have or be willing to obtain CPR certification (required).
• Successfully pass clearance and reference checks (required).
• Able to obtain 2 step TB test (required).
• Successfully pass a criminal background check (required).
• Valid Driver's License (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living skills including light housekeeping, nutritional and environmental support, personal hygiene, feeding and dressing.
• Support clients in transportation to and from activities or appointments as needed.
• Respect client dignity and maintain safety and privacy at all times.
