Job summary

Qualifications

• CNA preferred but not required; Home Health Aide will be considered.
• Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and transfers.
• Accompany clients to grocery store and doctor appointments.
• Document observed changes to the Director of Nursing.
