Job summary

Cypress Coast Care in Morehead City, NC is looking for a compassionate In‑Home Aide to help clients stay in the home they love. The role emphasizes meaningful connection, respectful support, and independence, with a team that values empathy and reliability.

You will assist with activities of daily living, support medication self‑administration under RN delegation if applicable, and help with light housework. Strong communication and punctuality are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a home care setting is required.
• Valid NC driver's license and own transportation.
• Current NA I or NA II certification or relevant experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual and able to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility and eating.
• Help with self-administration of medications and monitor vital signs if delegated.
• Perform light housekeeping: meal prep, laundry and shopping for a safe home.
• Report changes or incidents to the Service Supervisor promptly.
• Observe and document any changes in client behavior.
• Maintain accurate daily service records and health data.
• Adhere to company policies and state regulations for in-home care.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Supervisor.
