Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a home care setting.
• Valid North Carolina Driver's License and transportation.
• Current NA I or NA II certification or relevant caregiving experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility and eating.
• Support self-administration of medications and monitor vital signs under RN delegation if applicable.
• Perform light housekeeping: meal prep, laundry, shopping.
• Report changes or incidents to the Service Supervisor promptly.
• Observe and document changes in client behavior.
• Maintain daily health records and required documentation.
• Adhere to company policies and state in-home care regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Supervisor.
