Job summary

Upscale Home Care in Snowflake, AZ is seeking a Veteran In Home Caregiver to support our veteran clients at home. You will provide companionship, personal care, and practical help, enabling independence and dignity in familiar surroundings.

Requirements include a HS diploma and at least 1 year in-home care, ability to lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and a warm, patient demeanor. We offer weekly pay, competitive hourly rates, and a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in in-home care or related field.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation or valid driver's license if necessary.
• Compassionate, patient, and warm demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, personal care, medication management, and light housekeeping services.
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Prepare meals and manage household tasks.
• Engage in meaningful conversations and activities to promote socialization.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Participate in ongoing training and education.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
