Job summary

CareBuilders at Home of Solon is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to join our growing team. Fall into a meaningful career providing one-on-one care in clients' homes, with flexible day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of caregiving or related experience.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions while working in clients' homes.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as required for assigned clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living support (bathing, grooming, mobility).
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with meal preparation and nutritional needs.
• Help with light housekeeping and home safety.
• Provide transportation for appointments and errands as needed.
• Monitor client wellbeing and report changes to the care team.
