CareBuilders at Home of Solon is hiring compassionate in-home caregivers for day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts. Earn $15.00-$18.00 per hour with weekly direct deposit and flexible hours, plus comprehensive benefits and paid training.

Join a supportive team that helps seniors stay safe and independent at home, with up to 36 hours per week based on client needs and your availability. High school diploma and caregiving experience preferred; valid driver’s license often required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of professional caregiving, home care, healthcare, assisted living, or related experience.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions while working independently in clients' homes.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Physical ability to assist with client mobility, transfers, and light household tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as required for assigned clients.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and complying with HIPAA and company privacy policies.
• Employees must provide documentation of a negative TB test completed within the past 12 months or complete TB screening as part of the pre-employment process before providing client care.

Responsibilities

• Personal care & daily living support: bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility assistance.
• Companionship & emotional support through conversation and engagement.
• Culinary care: prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to tastes and dietary needs.
• Create a comfortable home through light housekeeping and organization.
• Medication reminders and observe changes in clients' well-being.
• Transportation & errands: grocery shopping, appointments, and community activities.
• Observation & communication: report changes to family and care team.
