Job summary

AmeriCare Plus is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Nursing Assistants (NA) and Personal Care Aides (PCA) to deliver compassionate in-home care for clients in Virginia. This role offers flexible schedules (FT/PT/PRN) and weekly pay, with benefits for full-time staff.

You will assist with personal hygiene, mobility, meals, medication reminders and companionship, monitor changes in health, provide transportation support, and help keep a safe, clean home.

Qualifications

• CNA/NA/PCA certification required; online PCA training available for uncertified candidates.
• Reliable transportation and Virginia driver’s license.
• SS card and 2 professional references.
• Compassionate, patient and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
• Support mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair).
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior.
