Job summary

Comfort Keepers is hiring an in-home health aide for the Nisswa/Crosslake area. Wage begins at $18 an hour, with $20 an hour for CNAs. Eligible after 5 months for free CNA classes with Scrubs Academy.

Part-time and full-time hours available depending on your availability. As an in-home caregiver, you will help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Responsibilities include daily living activities, personal care, light housekeeping, meal planning, companionship,

Qualifications

• Experience in a caregiving role.
• Must be available every other weekend and holiday.
• 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Own reliable transportation, clean driving record, 3 years driving experience.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance and comfortable driving.
• DHS and driving record background clearance.
• Customer Service Excellence, Professional Boundaries required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living.
• Provide hands-on personal care (dressing, grooming, incontinence, hygiene).
• Light housekeeping (bathroom, living areas, kitchen, laundry, etc.).
• Meal planning, cooking, and baking.
