Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to support clients across Skagit County, including Concrete, Langley, Freeland, and nearby towns. The role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, ongoing training, and travel time compensation, with opportunities to work near your preferred area.

No formal degree required; we provide Home Care Aide Training. Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license and vehicle, and be able to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• 18 years+
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record
• Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (household chores, cooking, bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Provide companionship and engage in daily activities and hobbies
• Transport clients in your vehicle to store or appointments as needed
• Monitor client condition and report updates to supervisors
• Support clients with mobility and daily routines as required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful home environment
