Family Resource Home Care in Airway Heights, WA is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our award-winning team. You will provide in-home care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility assistance to clients, helping them stay independent.

We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, consistent hours, and comprehensive training. With 24/7 caregiver support and travel time reimbursement, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

Qualifications

• 18 years+
• Lift 10–50 lb rarely
• Own a smartphone with a mobile app
• Pass state and national background check
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record
• Complete state-required caregiver/HCA training if needed

Responsibilities

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Driving clients to store or appointments as needed
• Monitoring and reporting on client condition
