Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is hiring caregivers to support clients in Aberdeen and surrounding areas in Washington. We offer flexible part-time hours with the potential to grow into full-time schedules, and weekly pay based on hours worked.

Responsibilities include daily living assistance, meal prep, light housework, companionship, and driving clients when needed. We provide paid orientation and ongoing training; experience with HCA/CNA or willingness to enroll is preferred.

Qualifications

• 18 years+ and able to pass background checks.
• Lift 10–50 lb; able to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Own a smartphone to use a mobile app.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance with clean record.
• Willing to enroll in HCA training as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Cook/serve meals and perform household chores.
• Provide companionship and engage in activities.
• Transport clients to store/appointments as needed.
• Monitor client condition and report changes.
