Job summary

At Home Care of Kentucky is seeking compassionate in-home aides to assist clients with daily living activities in Kentucky. training is provided at no cost to you, even if you have no prior experience.

Responsibilities include helping with daily tasks, mobility, meals, shopping, and light housekeeping while offering companionship and support. We promote a respectful, caring environment with opportunities for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting and eager to learn new skills.
• Knowledge of housekeeping, cooking, and personal care tasks.
• Willingness to adhere to health, safety, confidentiality and company standards.
• Ability to lift/move up to 35 pounds.
• Compassionate, respectful and supportive demeanor.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ambulation, dressing, personal care, hygiene).
• Help with mobility around the house or appointments.
• Plan and prepare meals and assist with serving/eating.
• Run errands or accompany clients to shopping.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Provide pleasant, supportive companionship.
• Report unusual incidents to the office.
