Job summary

At Home Care of Kentucky is seeking compassionate care aides to assist clients in Cadiz, KY. This in-home role offers flexible scheduling and paid time off, with parental leave benefits and paid training for certification. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting and eager to improve skills.
• Knowledge of housekeeping, cooking, and personal care services.
• Willingness to adhere to health, safety and company standards.
• Able to lift/move up to 35 pounds and perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ambulation, dressing, personal care, hygiene, eating).
• Help with mobility around the house or to appointments.
• Plan and prepare meals and assist with serving/eating.
• Complete shopping or accompany clients to shop.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion.
• Report any unusual incidents to the office immediately.
