Job summary

Village Caregiving, the nation’s largest privately owned home care agency, seeks reliable candidates to cover a variety of shifts with flexible scheduling. We offer paid training including CPR and incentive bonuses, and support for quality care in clients’ homes.

Caregivers provide medication reminders, mobility and personal care assistance, light housekeeping, and transportation support as needed. We value reliability, compassion, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiver experience preferred but not required, we provide PAID training.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Outstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Remind clients to take prescribed medication.
• Assist clients with mobility around the house or outside.
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Help clients complete recommended exercises.
• Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop if needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own, including preparing meals.
• Record days and hours on agency care sheets.
