Qualifications

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field (preferred).
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living areas and doing laundry.
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings.
• Engage in meaningful conversation and provide emotional support.
• Monitor client's health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
