Job summary
Right at Home Greater Orlando is seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers to support clients in their own homes. You will assist with activities of daily living, provide medication reminders, help with meals, light housekeeping, and accompany clients to appointments, delivering patient-centered care.
We offer competitive pay ($15–$17/hr), flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and benefits after one year, including 401k, dental, vision and medical insurance.
Qualifications
- Prior caregiving experience preferred.
- Pass background check and drug test.
- Reliable transportation to clients' homes.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and laundry.
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings.
- Offer emotional support and engage in meaningful conversation.
- Monitor health status and report changes to healthcare professionals.
- Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
